Reporting into an experienced Learning & Development Manager, you will be supported by a collaborative Learning team. The broader function is well-structured, comprising Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and specialist teams.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for enabling the seamless delivery of learning programs and initiatives across the organisation through high-quality coordination, communication, and administrative support.
You are a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning and development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
The Process
Following a meeting with a Levyl team member, the process will involve interviews directly with the hiring team:

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programs, including venues, catering, scheduling, and materials
- Manage participant communications, registrations, and attendance tracking
- Support flagship initiatives, including large-scale internal learning programs
- Maintain accurate data across learning systems and generate reports for stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding programs and enterprise-wide inductions, including facilitation support
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and participant experience
- Provide broader administrative support across the Talent & Learning function
You are a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning and development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in administration, ideally within L&D, HR, or program coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems and managing data (LMS exposure advantageous, not essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
- Confidence to engage with stakeholders and support facilitation when required

- A final face-to-face meeting with a key senior stakeholder
