The Leaders
This role will report to a People & Culture Manager who is supportive and passionate. You'll join a collaborative team that fosters growth and development through training, encouraging ambition along the way.
The Opportunity
As the Learning and Development Advisor, you'll be the linchpin in helping to create, deliver, and continuously improve L&D initiatives. You'll collaborate with leaders and staff alike, helping them to grow and develop in their roles. This is an exciting, varied role where you'll be actively involved with teams at every level, whether it's front-line staff or executive management, delivering tailored training solutions that align with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities will include:
You're a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in an operational, service focused environment. Whether you're from a HR Generalist, L&D Coordinator, or a similar background, this role will excite you as it is an opportunity to step into a passionate team and a specialised L&D role. It's an excellent next step for someone who wants to make a real impact by developing practical, results-oriented learning solutions.

The selection process will consist of an initial consultation with a Levyl consultant followed by two interview stages. You'll meet with the People & Culture Manager and potentially a member of the Operations team. - Lead and deliver induction, leadership development, and hands-on learning initiatives.
- Conduct engaging workshops, toolbox talks, and on-the-floor coaching sessions.
- Foster a continuous learning culture across all venues, ensuring that training programs evolve with business needs.
- Measure training outcomes and proactively suggest improvements to maximise their effectiveness.
- Be present on the ground, supporting and coaching staff and management at various sites.

- Be adaptable, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
