Reporting to a hands-on P&C Manager and working closely with a broader national team, you will be encouraged to build your capability and gain exposure across multiple HR disciplines. The team includes Coordinators, Administrators, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development specialists, led by an experienced Director of People & Culture.
The Opportunity
This role supports the delivery of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from day one.
You are an immediately available HR Coordinator or P&C professional with experience supporting the full employee lifecycle. You are confident engaging with stakeholders and presenting to groups, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and thrive in fast-paced environments, with the ability to take initiative and add value quickly. Experience with HRIS platforms, strong Excel capability and comfort working with AI tools will be highly regarded.

- Respond to employee queries across the HR lifecycle
- Conduct exit interviews and capture key insights
- Draft employment contracts, variations and HR documentation
- Support cyclical processes including performance, talent and remuneration reviews
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support across visa processes in collaboration with external providers
