The Leaders
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be supported by an experienced and hands-on leader focused on building a more strategic, value-adding HR function.
You will also work closely with a HR Business Partner in a small, collaborative team environment. The leadership style is pragmatic, approachable, and focused on continuous improvement and cultural uplift.
The Opportunity
The People & Culture Coordinator is the engine room of the function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting broader transformation initiatives.

The Process
Following a meeting with a Levyl team member, the process will involve an initial interview with the Head of People & Culture, followed by a second stage with senior leadership. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working model.

- Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Manage the P&C inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner
- Support recruitment processes including job ads, screening, and reference checks
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and learning & development coordination
- Support reporting, compliance, and general HR operations
- Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Provide coordination support across P&C projects and cultural initiatives
You are an ambitious and proactive early-career HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change.
- 1-3 years' experience in a HR Coordinator or similar role
- Exposure to managing HR enquiries and employee lifecycle administration
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and willing to take initiative
- Enjoys working on projects and contributing to process improvements
- Comfortable operating in a changing, less structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
