The Leaders
This role sits within the APAC People Team and works closely with key stakeholders across the business. You'll collaborate with HR leaders across both generalist and centre of excellence functions, including Payroll. The HR function is engaged, approachable and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes, underpinned by a strong culture of trust and alignment.
The Opportunity
This 12-month contract role provides critical coordination support across a broad HR remit.
Key responsibilities include:
About You
You bring approximately two years' experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role, ideally within a professional services or fast-paced environment. You're comfortable managing foundational HR tasks and have a solid understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday.
Detail-oriented, organised and proactive, you take pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting your team without needing close supervision. With strong communication skills and a positive mindset, you're ready to step into a key coordination role and bring real energy to the way you work.

Following a call and meeting with the Levyl team, shortlisted candidates will take part in a multi-stage interview process with members of the People & Culture function. The role is offered as a 12-month contract with salary commensurate with experience + discretionary bonus.

- Managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves and leave
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers
- Maintaining data accuracy within Workday (Workday proficiency essential)
- Partnering with Payroll to support monthly submissions
- Managing the shared HR inbox and responding in a timely, solutions-focused manner
- Preparing employee communications and supporting cyclical process delivery
- Assisting with ad hoc HR tasks and administrative projects as required
