The Leaders
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering closely with the broader executive team, you will support a commercially astute and people-focused leadership group.
This role acts as the Australian HR subject matter expert, particularly in relation to employment legislation and compliance. You will work directly with Managing Directors and senior leaders across the business, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused advice that balances commercial and people outcomes.

This role exists to deliver end-to-end HR business partnering support across the Australian entities, ensuring compliant, consistent and commercially aligned people practices.
Key responsibilities include:
About You
You are an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner with 3-6 years' experience, confident working independently and partnering directly with senior stakeholders.

This is a 12-month maternity leave contract requiring an immediate start. A short handover period is planned prior to the incumbent finishing.

- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes (Limited recruitment ownership)
- Managing employment contracts, letters and work rights documentation
- Leading ER/IR matters, including performance, conduct and award interpretation
- Reviewing and updating HR policies to support harmonisation across entities
- Running engagement surveys, analysing results and implementing action plans
- Preparing and submitting HR reporting, including WGEA reporting obligations
- Supporting HRIS optimisation and ensuring accurate employee records
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across HR processes
About You
You are an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner with 3-6 years' experience, confident working independently and partnering directly with senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern award interpretation
- Experience managing ER/IR matters with confidence and discretion
- Exposure to engagement initiatives, policy development and HR reporting
- The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-entity environment
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, adaptable approach
