The Leaders
Reporting to the People & Performance Manager for Operations, you’ll be working with a commercially focused and collaborative leader who supports development and autonomy. The broader national HR team is known for being inclusive, aligned, and highly capable.
The Opportunity
Deliver HR partnering support to two manufacturing sites while driving culture, capability, and performance.
About You
You will bring a background in HR, ideally with at least one year of experience as a Business Partner. A strong grasp of employee and industrial relations is essential, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Your ability to influence, communicate, and work independently across both white and blue-collar teams will be key to success in this role.
The Process
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role with flexibility in working hours. The recruitment process will involve two interviews and reference checks, with an immediate start and provide you with a great opportunity to meet key stakeholders, ask questions and understand the journey this company is on.

- Manage ER/IR issues and contribute to EBA processes
- Foster engagement through recognition and communication initiatives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes
- Drive site-specific HR projects aligned with national strategy
- Champion change management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on safety and culture
