The Opportunity
This part-time contract role offers the chance to step into a HR Business Partner role for two days per week on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the view to extension. You will partner closely with leaders and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, performance management, policy and EA interpretation. You will have the opportunity to oversee investigations and conflict resolution, and provide insights that enhance engagement, morale and overall business performance.
About You
You will hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and bring solid understanding as a generalist within a blue collar environment. You are confident in your knowledge of HR legislation, compliance and best practice, and you have the communication and relationship-building skills to quickly establish trust with leaders and employees alike. You are adaptable, proactive and able to work independently when required. Most importantly, you enjoy contributing to a supportive and inclusive team where your expertise will have real impact.
The Process
The recruitment process will be two to three stages following a meeting with a Levyl consultant, prior to references, background checks and then offer! You will have the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders, ask questions and really understand the organisation.
