As part of this next phase, the organisation is investing in building a scalable, data-driven talent acquisition function that can support growth while maintaining the high standards and culture the business is known for.
The Leaders
This role reports to the GM, People & Culture, an experienced leader with a strong track record in high-performance environments and scaling people functions within complex organisations.
You will work closely with the broader People & Culture and leadership team, including experienced HR Business Partners and operational leaders across Australia. Together, this group is focused on building the organisational capability required to support growth while maintaining strong engagement and performance across the business.
The Opportunity
This role exists to build and lead the recruitment capability required to support the organisation’s next phase of growth. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner closely with the GM, People & Culture and senior leaders to strengthen recruitment strategy, optimise hiring infrastructure, and deliver the talent needed to scale the organisation effectively.

This role is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who has successfully supported organisations through periods of rapid growth and scale.
Along with strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you will also enjoy building systems, processes and capability that allow businesses to hire effectively at scale.
Confidence working and capability to translate workforce needs into practical recruitment solutions will be key to your success! You will likely bring experience in high-growth environments, improving recruitment infrastructure and optimising ATS or recruitment technologies.
This will suit a strong stakeholder manager who can coach and influence senior leaders, with a proven track record of improving hiring outcomes through process improvement, data, and internal sourcing. Bringing sound knowledge of the Australian employment landscape, along with the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving organisation will be key to your success!

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across critical roles while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Establish strong talent pipelines for key recurring roles
- Strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition to improve talent attraction.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire to drive continuous improvement.
