The Opportunity
This is a broad and hands-on leadership role, responsible for leading the P&C function across Australia and the Philippines, and delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full lifecycle. While the role operates strategically, it also requires a leader who enjoys staying connected to operational delivery, supporting complex employee matters, uplifting capability across the function, and improving how People supports the business at scale.
A key focus will be continuing the evolution of a modern, technology-enabled People function, improving systems, workflows, employee support experiences, and leadership capability through both human-centred design and AI-enabled transformation.
Key areas of focus include:
You are an experienced and commercially minded People leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational impact.
You bring strong capability across Employee Relations, People Operations, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness, alongside the confidence to partner closely with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.

- Driving leadership development and capability uplift initiatives across all levels of the organisation
- Improving and evolving People Operations processes, systems, and employee lifecycle experiences
- Leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives across People workflows, systems, and support models
- Designing scalable, high-performing and future-focused ways of working that support continued business growth

- A track record of improving systems, processes, and operational effectiveness across People functions.
- The ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Experience leading distributed or global teams is highly regarded.
- A progressive mindset and genuine interest in how AI, technology, and automation can enhance People and leadership experiences.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.
