Experience within Professional/Financial Services or another complex, fast paced, high-performing environment will be advantageous, however we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate adaptability, commercial judgement and a passion for Employee Relations.

The Process

The process will consist of an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by two rounds of interviews with senior leaders and psychometric testing as part of the selection process. Candidates will also be subject to background and reference checks.
