The Opportunity
This is a national role responsible for designing and delivering the organisation’s early careers strategy, spanning attraction, recruitment, and development. Reporting into the National TA Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of graduate and intern programs across the country, working closely with business leaders, the People & Culture team, and external partners.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where resilience, relationship-building, and strategic thinking will be key to success.
Specifically, you will:
We’re seeking an experienced early careers, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition professional with experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
You will be confident building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing across senior levels. Your approach to talent attraction will be both creative and innovative, enabling you to connect with emerging talent in fresh and engaging ways.
In this role, you’ll need to feel comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities. A data-driven mindset will be essential, with the ability to use metrics and insights to refine strategies and measure success.
Resilience and adaptability will be key, allowing you to remain solutions-focused in challenging situations. Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, along with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, will be highly regarded.

The recruitment process will be two to three stages following a meeting with a Levyl consultant, prior to references, background checks and then offer! You will have the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders, ask questions and really understand the journey this organisation is on. - Collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring needs and development pathways across multiple service lines and locations.
- Lead assessment centres and onboarding programs, in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
- Track program outcomes, retention, and success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
