Contract Type:

Full Time

Location:

Sydney

Salary:

75,000 - 80,000 Year

  • Superb modern CBD offices
  • Boutique Professional Services firm | Collaborative & energetic team!
  • $75,000 - $80,000 package | Permanent full-time
The Company

Levyl is partnering with a growing boutique professional services business, who provide a range of financial and advisory services to SMEs, startups and entrepreneurs.

With a collaborative, down-to-earth team and a growing client base, they are looking for an Office & Administration Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and internal processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Here, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider team, becoming the go-to person for the administrative processes that support both the team and their clients.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working through problems and making sure the details are taken care of.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider team, becoming the go-to person for the administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly. More importantly, you’ll be someone who can think independently and take ownership.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Managing Director with reporting across key business metrics;
  • Coordinating general office administration and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly;
  • Organising supplies, meeting requirements and coffees for client and internal meetings;
  • Helping maintain a tidy, organised and well-run office environment;
  • Identifying administrative issues and proactively working through solutions;
  • Supporting the broader team with ad hoc admin support as required;
  • Owning the administration elements of the client onboarding as well as maintaining policies; and
  • Maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of data across internal systems and tools.
About You

As your focus will be on owning administration, coordinating processes, supporting client onboarding and helping the office operate efficiently, you’ll be someone who:
  • Is proactive and naturally looks for solutions before escalating a problem;
  • Has excellent attention to detail;
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple moving pieces;
  • Communicates confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Is comfortable working independently and using initiative;
  • Is happy to get involved across both the important processes and the everyday tasks that keep an office running.
The business has a collaborative office culture, and the team genuinely enjoys working together in person. While there is flexibility when needed, this role is best suited to someone who enjoys being office-based and wants to be part of the day-to-day team environment.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership, become an important part of a business and be trusted to work things out rather than simply follow a checklist, we’d love to hear from you.

The Process

We're commencing the search immediately! Successful candidates will have an initial assessment by Levyl, before progressing to interview with our client. This will be an ASAP start.

For any confidential enquiries please contact Jessica Duncan at jessica@levyl.com.au. We look forward to hearing from you and sharing more on this opportunity with you.

Levyl encourage diverse, equitable and inclusive recruitment and commit to respond to every applicant. We make selection and shortlist decisions based on your skills, experience, personal attributes and motivators. Should you be successful for interview, we will provide an interview accommodation checklist so you can let us know how we can support you to perform at your best.
