As Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Levyl, Mike leads the Talent Equity Accelerator (TEA) program, a groundbreaking initiative addressing systemic inequities in talent acquisition, development, and representation.
Focused on empowering LGBTIQ+ and Neurodivergent communities, TEA fosters equitable opportunities, creating pathways for lasting organisational and societal change.
Mike's career is marked by a broad range of experience, showcasing his ability to drive impact across industries and organisational structures. At Business for Social Responsibility, he collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement innovative corporate social responsibility initiatives, shaping strategies that prioritised ethical practices and stakeholder engagement.
In leadership roles at global brands such as Sephora and Bare Escentuals, Mike developed inclusive commercial strategies and fostered environments where diversity and belonging were integral to both customer and employee experiences.
Building on his experience in the consumer product space, Mike co-founded an award-winning clinical skincare brand, breaking new ground with an innovative concept-to-counter approach to inclusivity and redefining industry standards through clinical testing designed to meet the needs of consumers of all skin tones. Across every role, Mike has consistently championed inclusivity and belonging as drivers of both business success and societal progress.
With a nuanced understanding of diverse markets and sectors, Mike is well-positioned to deliver actionable DEI strategies that align with evolving societal expectations. His approach is collaborative, data-driven, and empathetic, ensuring solutions that are both impactful and sustainable.
