Join Levyl and Mamamia for an evening exploring how technology is reshaping recruitment and how People & Culture leaders can ensure AI supports, not undermines, diversity and inclusion.

Inspired by Levyl’s recent report, AI Decoded: Understanding Bias in AI-Enabled Talent Acquisition, this event examines how artificial intelligence is transforming the way organisations find, assess, and select talent - and the growing risks of bias within these systems.

In-depth Discussions: Delve into how the US election is shaping leadership, DEI trends, intersectionality, and workplace policies in both the US and Australia.

Networking Opportunities:
Connect with People & Culture leaders, peers, and advocates focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
