Due to a period of transformation and growth, this company is now seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor for their Western Sydney office to partner with their company leaders and drive improvements across recruitment and learning and development. This is a progressive organisation, you will be based out of a first-class facility and enjoy work from home allowances.  

The Leaders

Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture who has an accomplished background of people leadership within the FMCG sector, this role forms part of a small but mighty HR function who are guiding the business through the execution of their progressive people strategy. You will work alongside an experienced BP, a HR Consultant and also have the support of a HR Administrator.

The Opportunity

Supporting the corporate functions of the business (marketing, finance, supply chain etc), this is a generalist Advisory position by nature where your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the employee lifecycle from onboarding and induction through to offboarding;

  • Partnering with middle management leaders on uplifting their personal capability but also that of their teams, working on PIP’s and dealing with employee relations issues;

  • Recruitment of both blue and white collar roles across the business;

  • Working alongside the Head of P&C to streamline and optimise the learning and development offering;

  • Continuing the culture journey uplifting the current offering and working on a variety of different engagement initiatives; and

  • Working closely with the HR team and the Head Of to take this exciting business to their next stage of their sophistication journey.

About You

Due to the exciting phase that the business is in, they need a confident and ambitious HR Advisor with a robust generalist skillset that encompasses talent acquisition, L&D, culture and a strong ability to seamlessly execute employee lifecycle processes. You will have the capability to hit the ground running in the role, yet the appetite for continual learning and growth, as well as a desire to take on new challenges. You will be naturally engaging and collaborative in your stakeholder interactions and be comfortable in your ability to execute projects. Our client needs someone with a commercial outlook who can understand the key role they will play in the effective delivery of the business’ people strategy. Finally, you enjoy working with a high-touch, collaborative team and be enthused by the opportunity to represent a market leading product!

The Process

Following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, you will likely meet with the Head of People & Culture as well as the People & Culture Business Partner throughout the interview process. A third stage may also take place.
