People & Performance Advisor

Deliver effective HR support and advise business leaders on people matters at a leading consumer goods organisation.

The Leaders

Reporting into the People & Performance Business Partner, this role forms part of a knowledgeable and progressive HR team who are passionate about delivering the best people outcomes for the business as well as supporting the development of their own. You will work collaboratively with the P&P BP to support a portfolio of middle managers, offering first-level advice and coaching alongside an array of generalist functions.

The Opportunity

The People & Performance Advisor is a crucial role where you will be the go-to point of contact for any generalist HR matters while fostering collaborative relationships with your key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively and efficiently respond to and manage any HR enquiries;

  • Support recruitment and selection processes and issues;

  • Collate and execute key documentation across the employee lifecycle such as contracts and change letters;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by supporting training and development initiatives;

  • Develop a knowledge of relevant employment legislation and use this to offer advice to leaders;

  • Partner with leaders to support any employee relations matters in conjunction with the People & Performance Business Partner.

The Process

Following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, there will likely be 2 stages of interviews, through which you will meet the People & Performance Business Partner as well as other relevant stakeholders.
