Committed to excellence and innovation, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of their people strategy across their manufacturing, retail, and corporate portfolios, contributing to the overall strength of the business.

The Opportunity

With broad-scoping generalist responsibilities, your role will have a key focus on partnering closely with, guiding, and coaching leaders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking ownership over the employee lifecycle;
  • Supporting employee engagement tasks such as survey analysis and delivery of action plans;
  • In collaboration with leaders, identify and implement learning opportunities for your stakeholder groups;
  • Action performance and broader ER issues alongside managers;
  • Review and update policies and procedures;
  • Champion the usage of the company HRIS and maintain all people data;
  • Act as a dependable and reliable point of contact for your portfolio with any HR matters.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident and driven senior advisor or business partner with the capability and drive to take ownership and deliver impactful results.

You’ll have exposure to supporting blue and white collar employees and multi-disciplinary teams, showcasing an ability to be adaptable and effective in your stakeholder engagement.

Technically, you will have a well-refined and strong understanding of core HR encompassing the employee lifecycle, L&D and ER. You’ll also exhibit a collaborative style, a commitment to fostering strong relationships, and a commitment to ongoing development.

Finally, you’ll be willing to be hands-on in your approach, while also having the ambition and capability to contribute to strategic initiatives.

The Process

Following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, you will go through 2-3 stages of interviews, while psychometric testing may also take place.
