Opportunity to drive core people processes to build a positive and high-performance culture, reporting into the HR Director based in Wetherill Park!
- 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, up to $120k + super
- True generalist role, partnering with operational leaders
- Expectation of at least four days in the office with free onsite parking!

The Leaders
You will report to the Human Resources Director who is a pragmatic, collaborative and genuine leader with extensive experience working with the FMCG industry. More broadly, you will join a business under the leadership of an innovative and commercial Managing Director who has focus on ensuring his business remains a leader in market and produces the highest quality products for their customers.
The Opportunity
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders through building collaborative relationships to develop their leadership capabilities.
It is a true hands-on generalist role where you will develop a deep understanding of the business, supporting an operational workforce in a 24/7 operation.
A hands-on, blended strategic and operational role touching on all facets of the employee lifecycle, you will:
- Build relationships with leaders and also employees on the ground to support all people related matters
- Provide advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations issues including grievances, performance management and misconduct
- Proactively partner with key stakeholders and use effective communication to influence and support in areas such as engagement, retention, talent and performance
- Review and development of policies
- Provide advice and guidance in-line with industrial instruments, interpreting and applying Awards
- Support the continuous improvement of people processes and systems that enhance the HR function
About You
This role is ideal for an experienced senior HR Advisor looking to make a move into a business partnering role with a broad generalist scope. You will have a background in supporting a blue-collar workforce in FMCG, transport, logistics or construction coupled with a true generalist skillset.
You’ll also demonstrate the ability to manage employee relations matters and provide advice and coaching to leaders. A strong desire and a track record in building positive working relationships with stakeholders will see you hit the ground running.
Above all, you will be a hands-on, collaborative and energetic team player who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

The Process
Following an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, you will meet with the HR Director and potentially the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks carried out by Levyl and a medical through the client.
