Please see if your queries on the HPP are answered below.
How do I know if I am a relevant candidate for the High Potential Program?
We have included a list of scenarios in the 'About The Program' HPP page, that encompass what we would typically classify as someone relevant to the program. The best thing you can do if you aren't sure, is to reach out and initiate a discussion with us so we can determine how to best support you in your job search.
How do I know that I won't be further disadvantaged by being included in a shortlist as a High Potential candidate? Perhaps my inclusion may further highlight the challenges I have faced and enforce bias?
We ask all clients that participate in the HPP to sign a pledge whereby they agree to facilitate a fair recruitment process. A prerequisite of participation is also having an internal DE&I lead or team. Organisations that have invested in a DE&I department typically are motivated to understand and support people from a wide variety of different circumstances, because they believe in the power of a diverse and inclusive workforce. They will take the time to understand the challenges you have faced, and ensure they can provide any potential accomodations for your recruitment process, onboarding and ongoing career with the company.
How much does the program cost?
There is no cost to you as a job seeker candidate. Levyl charge a fee to the company that hires you if you are the successful applicant in a recruitment process.
How much contact can I expect to receive from Levyl as a HPP participant?
Every job search is different! We would recommend from the first interview engagement with us, at least a bi-weekly touchpoint to ensure you are on track with your job search.
Am I guaranteed to secure a role through the HPP?
Unfortunately not, however we do hope that at a minimum being a participant will mean you walk away with new skills and perspective that will support your future career success!
